The General Public

It is very easy to shop with us. Browse our ranges, choose what you like and load up your shopping basket. When you’re done press the check out button in the top right corner and follow the prompts. We’ll have your order to you in no time at all!



How long does it take to process my order?

As soon as we receive payment we process your order. Your order is usually ready for dispatch with in 2-3 days subject to stock availability.

What do the product prices include?

All prices on the website include 14% VAT but exclude delivery fees.

How do I pay?

We accept Master Card and Visa or instant Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on our secure payment gateway.

Are my details protected?

Yes absolutely! We go out of our way to insure that your details are kept safe. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details or call us if you have any concerns.

What about delivery charges?

Our standard delivery charge is R85.00 per order. Orders over R1000.00 are delivered free.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery is normally within 2-5 working days.

What if your out of stock?

Whilst we do endeavour to keep our online store stock information as accurate as possible, some times we do run low or even out of stock completely due to unexpected large orders. We’ll let you know immediately if this is the case and also when we expect our new stock. If this new delivery date doesn’t suit you, we’ll try to find a suitable substitute or refund you for this out of stock item.

Can I add to my order after I have sent it?

We process our orders in the quickest possible time so its unlikely we will be able to assist you with addition to your order once its been made. Please make sure when you check out your happy you’ve got all you need. For more information please see our Term and Conditions.

What happens if I don’t like the items I orders?

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the items within 7 working days after receipt. Please see out Terms & Conditions for more information.

Can my billing address be different to my delivery address?

Yes of course! Just give us both address on check out in the relevant boxes.

My credit card wont go through?

If your having trouble paying by credit card, it may just be that you need to activate this facility with your issuing bank. If its still not working please email us at accounts@gingerray.co.za or call us on 086133 364.

Can I order over the phone or by email?

Yes you can! Just give us a call on 086 133 3624 or drop us an email at info@gingerray.co.za.

I do not live in South Africa. Can I still order?

Yes you can but only by email. Our online store does not currently facilitate international orders but we’re working on it!
